Child Safeguarding
At British Dance Academy, the safety and well-being of our students are our top priorities. We are fully committed to providing a safe, secure and supportive environment where all students can learn and grow.

We take a proactive approach to safeguarding and ensure that all our staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills to protect the children and young people in our care. To maintain the highest standards, we have implemented rigorous safeguarding policies and procedures across all aspects of our operations.
Trained Team
All of our staff are trained to a minimum of Level 1 UK Safeguarding in Education, ensuring they understand the importance of safeguarding and how to respond to any concerns that may arise. Our teachers and Student Support team are vigilant and proactive in maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all students.
Qualified Safeguarding Lead
We are proud to have a Level 3 qualified Safeguarding Lead on our team, with advanced expertise in safeguarding matters. The Safeguarding Lead is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the strict adherence to our safeguarding policies. Our Safeguarding Lead is also available as a dedicated point of contact for both students and parents, providing reassurance and addressing any safeguarding issues promptly and professionally.
